LEADER

My school will held a chairman election of OSIS. and there will be 3 people as the candidates of the election. And you have to choose the verified as the chairman!! why?? because he/she have skills and strategy to bring SMAN 3 to be better.

whats the criteria?

first, leader have a great leadership skill. why do they need this skill? because they will be the leader of the school and they have to be a neutral side and they will always have to focus to their mission so they can bring the school as we expected

second, they have a nice character. what does a leader without great character means? nothing. so choose the person with character because they have the thing all leader needs. They can use the character to support the leadership skill and the mission

third, they have a strategy. to compete against the problem that exists in the school, they need a strategy, and they have to make sure that their strategy will success to counter and get rid of the problem so their mission will go on easily

fourth, they have a friends. when they can't work on their own, they have a loyal friends that will always help and support them.

So, i think you know who do you have to choose in the election, but, dont forget, they need you too to help them later as the leader.,
